incTime - Track Time Quickly and Easily incTime is a very easy to use employee time tracking system for one or more employees. Hours are logged on the PDA and transferred to the PC during a HotSync. A PC program is included for report generation and archiving data. It provides a mobile data collection method for tracking time.

incTime Features:
  • An easy to use time logging system.
  • Beam data between PDA's (each PDA required to have incTime).
  • Each log entry can be done very quickly.
  • Each log entry can contain date, job description/number, employee name, task, notes, start/end times, break/lunch time.
  • Change what is displayed on the main screen.
  • Print reports on your PC (daily job reports, time cards, weekly job reports).
  • Archive data to be used with incTimePC or a spreadsheet application.
  • Entry limits of 250 jobs, 250 employees, 250 tasks and 65535 log entries.
Minimum PDA Requirements:
  • Palm OS 3.2 or higher
  • 90KB RAM for application (more for data)
Minimum PC Requirements:
  • Windows98se or higher
  • 10MB disk space
